Player Registration
Registration for returning players for the 2026-27 Season is now open!
STEP 1 OF 2: REGISTER FOR 2026-27 SEASON
- Early Bird rates are in effect June 6-July 5 2026 after which Regular Fees will apply (see here for fees)
Returning players
- If you played for PMAHA last season, you are a RETURNING player
- BEFORE YOU START you will need your Hockey Canada Number (HCR)
- This can be obtained here, Login (reset your password if necessary), Once you are logged in click on My Account in the top right menu
New players
- If you have never played Minor Hockey or are already enrolled in our Try Hockey/Learn to Play Program, you are a NEW player
- BEFORE YOU START you will need photo of birth certificate and proof of residence
- All new players will be waitlisted. Priority for available spots will be offered in the following order: returning players, siblings of returning players, transferring players, then new players - based on the date of first payment received
Transferring players
- For players transferring from another association you will need to supply proof of residence in Port Moody, Anmore or Belcarra
- You will need to secure a release from your previous Minor Hockey Association, please ask the Registrar to provide signed release form
Step 2 of 2: Register for tryouts & camps
- We know that summer plans can change, so to assist with this we will take a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of registration to reserve a spot in our summer programs (remainder payable will be charged on Aug 1st)
- Once the 2nd payment is processed, no refunds will be issued
A/AA Rep tryouts & summer camps
- Register for A/AA Rep tryouts to play competitive level hockey (an optional upgrade for every registered player). Tryouts often last for at least 3 weeks until completion.
- Our Summer camps run Aug 17–21 2026, Aug 24–28 2026, Aug 31-Sept 3 2026
- Phase 1 of A/Rep Tryouts will run Aug 31-Sept 3 2026 for U13A/U15A/U18A (players must attend at least 1 session in this period to be considered for selection)
- U11A Tryouts will start after labour day (dates to be confirmed)
The Port Moody Minor Hockey Association acknowledges that we play and enjoy hockey on Indigenous lands. Our home rink resides on the ancestral and unceded territories of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), qʼʷa:n̓ ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), qiqéyt (Qayqayt), and Stó:lō (Sto:lo) Peoples, in what is known today as Port Moody.
