notes regarding fees

  • Players fees must be in good standing to attend ice times
  • Goalies - all full-time goalies U11, U13, U15, U18 with all their own equipment will be issued a $300 store credit at The Hockey Shop following registration, please allow 7-10 days for this to be available in the shop
  • Family discounts - 2nd sibling registering from the same family can claim a $50 rebate, 3rd and subsequent siblings registering from the same family can each claim a $75 rebate, this will be calculated after season starts and sent by cheque
  • Tryout Registration and Payment Deadline is Aug 15 2023 - All players wishing to try out must be registered by this day to ensure enough ice is available for all players participating. Registration for Tryouts is a separate process to your hockey registration, requires $50 non-refundable deposit to secure a spot payable at time of registration, the remainder of fees will be charged on (or after) 1st August and this is then also non-refundable
  • All players registered are subject to being waitlisted based on the maximum capacity of teams we can put on the ice in each division, returning players are given priority over new and transferring players only until end of the early bird offer at 30th June but should register at the earliest opportunity to secure their spot and avoid disappointment.  All registrations are processed on the basis of the date they were received. We share our 2 sheets of ice with many other sports groups, which means we have a finite limit on the number of teams we can put on the ice each year, and a finite limit on the number of players for each division
  • You will be asked to donate to KidSport Tri-cities at the end of your registration, we feel passionate about giving back so every kid can play
