Step 2: Request a Booking

To book time in the hockey office, submit a booking request using the form below.

Booking requests are reviewed and then added to the calendar by PMAHA.
Your booking is not confirmed until it appears on the calendar.

• This calendar is publicly viewable but cannot be edited by coaches or managers

• Please book only your team’s time

• Include your team name, requested date/time, and purpose when submitting the form

• Scheduling conflicts are resolved by the PMAHA Executive
