Use this page to check availability and request time in the PMAHA hockey office for team meetings, video/tape review, and planning.


Step 1: Check Availability (View-Only Calendar)

The booking calendar is view-only. It shows confirmed bookings and available time slots.

Step 2: Request a Booking

To book time in the hockey office, submit a booking request using the form below.

Booking requests are reviewed and then added to the calendar by PMAHA.
Your booking is not confirmed until it appears on the calendar.


Important Notes

Calendar access

  • The booking calendar is publicly viewable so everyone can see availability

  • The calendar cannot be edited directly by coaches or managers

  • All bookings must be submitted using the booking request form and are added by PMAHA

Booking rules

  • Please book only your team鈥檚 time

  • Include team name, requested date/time, and purpose when submitting the form

  • Your booking is not confirmed until it appears on the calendar

  • Scheduling conflicts are reviewed and resolved by the PMAHA Executive

Hockey office use & cleanup

  • This space is for team-related use only (meetings, video/tape review, planning)

  • Please avoid food if possible

  • If food is brought in, clean up completely after your session

  • Take all garbage with you when you leave

  • Leaving the room clean helps avoid issues and keeps the space available for everyone

Smart TV / video troubleshooting

  • Ensure the TV is connected to Wi-Fi if you want to stream from your phone

  • If you cannot see the LG TV from your iPhone:

    • Confirm your phone is connected to POMO Public Wi-Fi

    • Open the web browser on the TV and try visiting Google or another website

    • The POMO Public Wi-Fi page may appear and require accepting the terms

  • If Wi-Fi is not working:

    • Use your phone hotspot and connect the TV to your hotspot

  • Connecting a laptop via Bluetooth follows a similar process

  • The TV includes on-screen guides if you need additional troubleshooting help
